What is event calligraphy?
Event calligraphy is the art of hand-lettering or engraving personalised messages, names or designs onto items for your guests. It’s a brilliant opportunity to elevate product launches, brand activations, corporate events, in-store experiences and private celebrations by giving attendees a bespoke keepsake to take home.
What is the process?
I personalise items live during your event using either pen, paint or engraving tools, depending on the material you’ve chosen.
On the day, I set up a small table space at your venue where guests can visit to have their item beautifully personalised. It’s an engaging experience that always draws a crowd and leaves guests with something meaningful to remember your event by.
How long are your event calligraphy sessions?
I can stay for as long as needed to personalise items for the number of guests you expect. Whether it’s a short activation or a full-day event, we can tailor the session to suit your schedule.
Where do you host event calligraphy?
Event calligraphy can be hosted just about anywhere - corporate offices, retail stores, hospitality venues, brand pop-ups, community spaces and private event locations across Dorset, Somerset and the Southwest. I’m also happy to travel further afield if required and travel costs can be included in your quote.
